Any Georgia resident may apply for a license in any county in Georgia. However, if neither applicant is a resident of Georgia, you may only obtain your license in the county where the ceremony is performed. The license does not have an expiration date.

In order to obtain a weapons carry license in Georgia, you are required to be photographed, fingerprinted, and must undergo a criminal background investigation by the GBI and FBI.

Any individual, partnership, corporation or entity which engages in the sale of alcohol with object of gain, profit, benefit, or advantage in the unincorporated area of Cobb County must obtain a Cobb County Alcoholic Beverage License for each of its locations in Cobb County prior to engaging in these activities.
